Decisiveness is so critical to a company's success that I worry when a decision falls through the cracks at Koombea or when we're working with a founder or product manager who can't make up her mind.

The most important thing to remember is that you don't have to live with most business decisions for a long time. If you do things right, most decisions will be obsolete within days or weeks.
